This product is one of the higher end products that sell Leucine. The cost of this product is better than most when compairing quantity. Performance Leucine should produce just as good of results as any other product selling Leucine by itself. I would recommend taking a couple of other ingredients to help increase the effects of Leucine such as L-Valine and L-Isoleucine.
